Abu Dhabi Gaming Experience in Yas Mall - TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The organizer reserves the right to change/alter some of the rules mentioned here to ensure Fair Play is given to all participants. Rules are subject to change and players should review the rules of each game directly on the game link.

 

EVENT DETAILS

• Abu Dhabi Gaming Experience in Yas Mall will take place from November 9th to November 12th, 2024.

• The event will be held at the Yas Mall, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

 

          • Saturday (9th November 2024)

          • Sunday (10th November 2024)

          • Monday (11th November 2024)

          • Tuesday (12th November 2024)

 

ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

The offline challenges are open for everyone to participate.

Any participant under the age of 18 will require parental consent which may be requested by the organizer at any time.

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

• Any rule being broken may lead to disciplinary action. This action will be at the discretion of the organizer, and the situation will be taken into account. Punishment may include, but not be limited to, forfeits, replays, penalty points, kicks, and temporary and permanent bans.

 

• All participants in any competition will be required to uphold the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Racism will not be tolerated. If you are seen to be racist in any capacity, then you will have action taken against you. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.

 

• The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for violation of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.

 

• Any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a Match Ban or Ban from Events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behavior includes but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language. In addition, breaking any rule may result in a forfeit of a Game, forfeit of a Match, Verbal Warning, or Ban from Events.

 

• All players MUST be contactable via email and phone number.

 

• No warm-up or practice games are permitted once the bracket is made live. Players must play at their designated time slots. Playing at a different time slot is not permitted unless approved by the organizer in writing.

 

• Prizes will be distributed to winners after completing the challenge they have participated in.

 

* In the case of a dispute or any issues, the organizer has the final say on all matters pertaining to the matter.

* The organizer reserves the right to request documentation proof in the form of a Valid ID or similar from players. The request will be done by Email or Phone. Failure to submit the requested documents will result in the player being automatically disqualified.
* The challenge rules may be subject to change at short notice on the spot.

 

GENERAL RULES

• Players must show up on time for their matches.
• Match preparations will be handled by the admin team or the administration team.
• Score validation will also be managed by the administration team.
• For further inquiries, players must speak to a tournament official within the event.
• These may be subject to change at any time prior to the tournament. Please refer to the tournament guidelines, rules, and conditions in the game card prior to the game time.

 

Check-In Process

• Participants must complete the check-in process to access any zone upon arrival at the venue.
• Participants must wait for their tokens in the registered zone in order to play.
• As a registered player, you are only eligible to claim 1 prize at the Abu Dhabi Gaming Experience Zone

 

There are no exceptions to the rules stated above.

 

Organizer's Authority

• The event organizers have the final say on all matters pertaining to the event.
• Any disputes or issues will be resolved by the organizers, and their decisions are considered final.

 

Video and Marketing Rights

• By participating in Abu Dhabi Gaming Experience in Yas Mall, you grant Abu Dhabi Gaming and its partners the right to record and use your image, voice, and likeness in video, audio, and photos for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. This includes distribution across websites, social media, and other platforms, without compensation or further approval from you.
• If you do not wish to be featured in such content, you must notify Abu Dhabi Gaming in writing at hello@adgaming.ae before Abu Dhabi Gaming Experience in Yas Mall. Once published, content cannot be retracted.
